Refund Policy
Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all bookings made with Seaton Carew Beach Huts. By making a booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Cancellation by Customer
If you need to cancel your booking, the following refund policy applies:

14 days or more before your booking: full refund

7 to 13 days before your booking: 50% refund

Less than 7 days before your booking: no refund
All cancellation requests must be made via email to:

Weather Conditions
No refunds will be given for bad or unfavourable weather conditions.
Beach huts remain available for use in most weather, and it is the customer’s responsibility to decide whether to attend.
Non-Attendance
Failure to attend your booking without prior cancellation will be treated as a cancellation with no refund due.
